We encourage all participants to review their participation agreements carefully and consult with independent legal counsel before signing.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. For production participants, this may mean we retain information for the duration of a production and for a period thereafter in accordance with applicable union agreements, network contracts, and legal requirements.

When personal information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it securely.
